For Pension beneficiaries, at the main menu select “Retirement and Pension”, then select “Pension”. Representatives are available to assist you from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday – Friday. If you are looking to update your Savings Plan beneficiary, at the main menu select “Savings Plan”. |

You may obtain verification of your previous employment by calling The Work Number at 1-800-996-7566 or visit their website at www.theworknumber.com. You will need your social security number and the Verizon company code (10303). If you have been separated from the company for more than 5 years, you must mail or fax in your request.
