They saw how much time they could save by having pension checks deposited and premium bills paid automatically, safely and securely each month with direct deposit or direct debit.

While the Omaha Steaks promotion has ended, it's never too late to sign up for direct deposit or direct debit. You can sign up at any time online for one or both of these automatic services. Just follow the instructions below:

Automatic Payment of Premiums via Direct Debit:

To have your premiums paid directly from your bank account each month, sign up for direct debit:

• Log on to Your Benefits ResourcesTM Web site at http://resources.hewitt.com/verizon.


• Select "Health, Insurance..." on the left navigation bar.
  In the "See What You Have" section, click the "Billing Information" link.


• Then, in the "Take Action" section, click "Choose How to Pay for Your Benefits," select "Make Payments by Direct Debit," and follow the instructions to add your bank information for direct debit.


• You'll need a check or deposit slip handy to get the correct account and nine (9) digit ABA routing numbers.


• Submit it! - Confirm it! - Print it!

Direct Deposit of Pension Checks:

• Log on to Your Benefits ResourcesTM Web site at http://resources.hewitt.com/verizon.


• Select "Pension" and click "Change Where to Receive Your Payment."


• Next, choose the payment you want for direct deposit and click "Change."


• Choose "Pension Direct


• Deposit" and click "Add Financial Institution."


• Follow the instructions to add your bank information for direct deposit. You'll need a check or deposit slip handy to get the correct account and nine (9) digit ABA routing numbers.


• Submit it! - Confirm it! - Print it!
