The discount only applies to the 15 Megabits per second (Mbps) downstream/2 Mbps upstream, residential service. Employees/
Retirees who currently subscribe to the 5/2 Mbps service, can upgrade to the faster service and get triple the download speed for the regular price of the 5/2 Mbps service.

To get the discount, new and existing FiOS Internet customers must contact their local business office. The discount is not available online. You can find your local business office telephone number on your Verizon phone bill. Before contacting your business office, go to www.verizon.net/fios to see if FiOS is available at your home. Check the Web site regularly, new communities are added every day.
